Could the Assistant Minister explain how the police officers could pursue bandits beyond the border, deep into Ethiopia without escort? I would have thought that with modern technology in global positioning systems, one would be able to know when he or she has crossed the border. How did this happen? Why is it taking more than a year to firmly establish whether these officers are alive or dead?"
