Until it is determined whether they are dead or not so that we know what to do with their estates, we cannot determine who to give their salaries to because they are still employed by the Government. We are ready to provide any assistance the families require from us. A salary is usually paid to an individual until he is no longer able to receive the salary and the law determines who is to be given his estate."
