Out of 71 DCs, before the appointment of the new DCs, 38 DCs are from the Mount Kenya region. That is something to be ashamed of as a Government. This Government calls itself a \"Government of National Unity\". That is not reflective of national unity. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we need to address these issues.
