    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute and have my thanks recorded on the Presidential Speech during the official opening of Parliament. Most sincerely, I would like to thank His Excellency, the President, for giving us the policy guidelines as to what we are going to do in this last Session of the Ninth Parliament. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have listened to my colleagues in the Opposition, especially my learned Professor, and what he has actually done is exactly what he is supposed to do as a Member of the Opposition.
