(a) Is the Minister aware that following constant power failure at the New KCC Runyenjes cooling plant due to irregular power supply, dairy farmers from Embu and Meru South districts have incurred huge losses in respect of unsold milk? (b) If the answer to (a) above is in the affirmative, what is the Government and/or the New KCC Ltd doing to ensure that a generator is fixed at the Runyenjes Cooling Plant?"
