    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not aware that the then PC influenced the decision. However, I am aware that a decision was made in that meeting to the effect that the people of Kadibo wanted to be administered from Kisumu District, which is closer to them than Awasi. If the feeling of the people of Kadibo today is that they want to be administered from Nyando District, we have no problem as a Government. Let them make that decision at the Sub-District Development Committee (DDC) and the DDC levels. Let us have the decision they have made and we will incorporate their wishes."
