    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it has taken 14 years for the Government to carry out the land adjudication exercise in Kitui District. However, so far, the exercise may be carried out only in Itiko Sub-Location, in January 2007. The rest of the divisions; Mwitika and Mutito, it is said, may benefit from land adjudication when funds become available. We do not know when the funds will be available. Could the Assistant Minister give an undertaking that in January next year, or at a certain time of the year, he will give title deeds to our people?"
