The procedure would be that because we have an amendment to the amendment that has been proposed by His Excellency the President, we deal with that particular amendment first. If that amendment is approved, then it has the effect of deleting the amendment proposed by the President. If we do it the other way round, it will cause confusion and, in fact, there will be nothing to amend. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, so, I propose that we first deal with the amendment to the amendment that has been proposed by the President in the Memorandum."
