It has made a proviso that a Motion made in Committee shall not require to be seconded. Then why are you asking for secondment? Two, the relevant Standing Order, and the Act that is very relevant here, is 158. The entire 155 is the Committee of Supply. So, we cannot entertain any dilatory Motions when we are at this Committee of Supply. So, be guided."
