    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I was very disappointed this afternoon to hear the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs say that there is no Opposition in this House, and yet, she knows very well that it is the Government that has killed it by poaching the Members of the Opposition into the Government side. These include hon. Karume who has just spoken. He was a very good Member of the Opposition. Similarly, hon. Nyachae is a very good articulator. But he is now sitting there like a toothless bulldog because he is now on the Government side."
