    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, noting with concern that the Government has failed in its role of providing leadership and guidance; being aware that the Government has failed to ensure the safety and security of its citizens and in view of the fact that the Government has failed to protect the democratic ideals enshrined in our Constitution and cognisant that the Government has wantonly disregarded the rule of law, violating the Constitution and thereby lost the moral, legal and constitutional authority to govern; this House, pursuant to the provisions of Section 69(3) of the Constitution, resolves that it has no confidence in the Government of Kenya."
