He has admitted that the vehicle belongs to the Ministry of 4160 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES December 6, 2006 Livestock and Fisheries Development. The issue is that the vehicle was used by the two individuals to go and register a political party supported by the Government. He has admitted that the vehicle belongs to the Government. The same vehicle was used by the two individuals. Is he in order to mislead this House?"
