(a) Is the Minister aware that following constant power failure at the New KCC Runyenjes cooling plant due to irregular power supply, the dairy farmers from Embu and Meru South districts have incurred huge losses in respect of unsold milk? (b) If the answer to part \"a\" above is in the affirmative, what is the Government, and, or New KCC Limited doing to ensure that a generator is fixed at the Runyenjes Milk Cooling Plant?"
