    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you can rest assured that we began the work when the money was availed by the Treasury. That was way back in 1996. We could not get any funding. In fact, it took a lot of effort to get the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to fund us at that time, when donors were not giving us any money. So, the Attorney- General tried his best to computerize the registry of companies. We did that because we know the importance of private companies, which play a vital role in the economic development of this country."
