    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs on the visit to the United States of America (USA) to study the processes and procedures through which the Senate vets appointments by the President to the Executive offices laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 5th December, 2006. Mr. Speaker, Sir, permit me to draw the attention of hon. Members to the vetting manual which is part of that report, copies of which are available in Room No.8."
