    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, whether the plot is mentioned in the Ndung'u Report or not, it is not very relevant to this matter. However, I have some documents here which indicate that the plot was originally owned by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). I have a copy of the original title deed which indicates that the plot belonged to the NSSF. I would like to lay it on the Table. I also have a court order that was issued by the High Court restraining the school from interfering with the said plot. I would like to lay the document on the Table."
