    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, these schools are sponsored in ASAL areas as well as in the poverty stricken pocket areas as designed in the Ministry of Planning and National Development. As far as the children orphaned by the HIV/AIDS pandemic are concerned, the Ministry has an elaborate programme to take care of them. But, of course, there is still room for improvement and we will fully look into their plight."
