However, I would have expected him to read out the first ten names on the list, in the interest of the public, to know who these grabbers were. The 47 Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI) scientists are living in very poor conditions. It is like the Government has neglected their welfare. What steps is he taking to rehabilitate the staff houses at the KARI in Kitale?"
