    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as a Ministry, we are ready to engage in dialogue. I think the Provincial Administration is also ready to engage in dialogue so that, that issue can be brought to a stop. You know that we have three arms of the Government which work independently - Judiciary, Executive and Legislature. I know that if we engage dialogue and the cases have not been disposed of, it will be a case of sub judice . I encourage hon. Member and leaders in that region to pursue those cases in court, so that, that matter can be solved once and for all. We are ready to engage in dialogue. But the law must always be respected."
