    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (3)- (3A) The Tribunal shall have powers to summon expert evidence as may be necessary for the discharge of its functions under this Act. The clause is amended so that new subclause is introduced to allow the tribunal the latitude to summon experts in its deliberations."
