    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we have a lot of potential for gasohol production in this country and, after all, it was done before. Gasohol was produced in this country for some time and then later it was stopped. It was successfully used. Today, there is so much ethanol produced which could be blended with petrol so as to lower the cost of fuel that we use to propel our vehicles. The sugar mills also have a lot of potential for producing electricity which could be sold into the national grid. That would avail more electricity for our use in the country. They have a lot of baggase which is not used, and if they could use it to produce electricity, that would increase the amount of electricity available for us in this country."
