    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 be amended in paragraph (a) by inserting the words \"and may also determine the price of petroleum products\" immediately after the word \"products\" in subparagraph (ii). The reason for proposing this amendment is that we had agreed with the Minister that we should put some kind of regulation on the pricing of petroleum products. If you look at Clause 5 closely, you will realise that there is no place which states that the commissioners, as part of their duties, will also be determining the price of petroleum products. This amendment was unanimously agreed upon by both of us."
