    "content": "executives now are given two years renewable contracts. That will enable a chief executive to work for two years after which the contract will be renewed for whatever number of terms he will be able to stay in office until he is unable to perform his duties effectively. If we fix the term at four years, a chief executive may sit back for all that period, as opposed to when his contract lasts two years, after which, depending on his performance, it may be renewed. Therefore, it will be better if a chief executive will be on a two-year renewable contract, to enable him to perform his duties effectively, as opposed to providing for a four-year contract and putting him in office and then be unable to remove him even if he fails to perform."
