    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. We need some clarification from the Mover of this amendment. He is asking two December 6, 2006 PARLIAMEANTARY DEBATES 4235 questions in his amendment: First, he is seeking to delete the word \"fifteen\" and substitute therefor the word \"seven\", which we have no problem with. However, we have a problem with the second set of his amendment, where he seeks to delete the word \"four\" and replace it with the word \"two\". We would like to request him to either withdraw part two, so that we can support part one of his amendment, or we reject everything in toto."
