    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, it is the responsibility of the Government to make sure that electricity is affordable to most consumers. Some countries even fix a certain percentage to be enjoyed by the producer of power and another one to be enjoyed by the consumer of it. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, so, if the Commission is supposed to make sure that there is fairness, it will be its responsibility to make sure that electricity is affordable to most of our voters. So, I support the amendment proposed by Mr. Muturi."
