"content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 98(1) be amended- (i) in subclause (1) by deleting the comma at the end of the clause and inserting the words \"and in conformity with the relevant statutes touching on environment, health and safety standards\" immediately after the word \"authorities\" appearing on the fifth line; (ii) in subclause (2) by inserting the following new proviso- \"provided that any person engaged in the transportation of petroleum and petroleum products shall have an oil clean-up plan in compliance with the national oil policy\".
