    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like to thank hon. Members from both sides of the House for supporting this important Bill. The Bill provides us with very powerful legal instruments of providing affordable energy services to our people. As we have said, our policy in the Ministry this time round, is to provide electricity and other forms of energy to all the 210 constituencies of this country. So, I wish to thank hon. Members for empowering us to do so. We will do so through grid electricity and where we cannot reach, we will use other forms of energy such as solar, hydro and biomass. I am very happy that we are also considering generation from sugar residue."
