    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I take this opportunity to thank the Assistant Minister. However, he is misleading the House by saying that the river has subsided. I was unable to drive over the bridge this morning because the water is overflowing the bridge. He has also misled the House by saying that the Sio Bridge drainage channel needs to be cleared. The problem is that the bridge is low and, therefore, the water level rises and passes over it.
