"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want the Assistant Minister to get the difference. Here is a case that has been pending in court for three years but the matter that I raised now pertains to a Question a month ago, where councillors of the area have resolved incouncil meetings, according to the minutes which I have a copy of, that the clerk to the council proceeds on leave and that members resolved that the council chairman should step aside to pave way for investigations. The Assistant Minister is referring to a case that has been pending in court for three years. Could the Assistant Minister tell us what is happening with the current case because that is the subject of my Question? Secondly, who is investigating this matter?"
