    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I said earlier that there is a Case No.711 which is still pending in court and in that regard it is sub judice . However, in terms of the administration of the council, I want to assure the hon. Member of Parliament that the Ministry is yet to receive the report of the investigating officer. Once we receive this report, we will take action if there are any malpractices in that council. I also want to assure the hon. Member of Parliament that the Ministry will be visiting Maragua very soon and I would appreciate if he could accompany us and my other officers to see exactly what the lasting solution is to make the councillors and chief officers work harmoniously."
