    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, recently, a visiting Attorney-General of the British Government did state that the Kenya Government has not requested them to freeze the accounts of those British businessmen whose names were mentioned in the list of the suspects in the Anglo Leasing scandal. Mr. Speaker, Sir, apart from those who are of British origin, a number of businessmen from other European countries were also mentioned, including one from America. What steps has the Minister taken to ensure that the names of the non-Kenyans who were also involved in this scam, are submitted to governments of their countries, so that they can help us in the process of bringing them to book?"
