    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to support the Minister. Let us not strip discretion from the Attorney-General. This is a constitutional office, which we have given powers to perform on behalf of the people of Kenya. I would suggest that we do not delete this subsection. We should give some discretion to the Attorney- General, especially in matters to do with people who have committed atrocious crimes against Kenyans."
