    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended in subsection (2) by inserting the words \"and other identification documents\" immediately after the word \"passports\" appearing in paragraph (c). The rationale of this amendment is that the identification documents have been restricted to passports only. We use more than just the passports. Therefore, identification documents should be expanded."
