    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 36 of the Bill be amended in subsection (1) by deleting the word \"Minister,\" and substituting therefor the words \"Attorney-General\". This will ensure that it is consistent with the rest of the Bill and also to emphasise that the Attorney-General is in charge of the programme and not the Minister."
