    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the long title of the Bill be amended by inserting the words \"commissions of inquiry\" immediately after the word \"cases\". You will notice that in the Memorandum of Objects and Reasons, the principal object of this Bill is to provide and regulate the operations of a scheme of the protection of witnesses in criminal cases, commissions of inquiry and the like. We are just making the title consistent with the Memorandum. That is the reason for the proposal."
