    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to join in supporting this Bill. It is long overdue. At last, we have some protection for whistle-blowers. At the same time, I hope the focus would not just be on witnesses on cases of corruption and economic crimes. We really need to get to the ground and protect those witnesses who could testify in murders, rapes and robberies. I hope the Minister will be able to ensure that there will be public education, so as to alert the public on what is available to them in terms of protection under this Act."
