    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, a crime has been committed and the evidence is there. The people on the ground know that the Government is represented by the DO. This is because when they go to the police station, they may be harassed as is often the case. Why is it that this Government cannot take action once a matter has been reported to a DO, a chief or even a DC? Even in schools, headmasters defraud schools, like in the case in the Question I brought here. People are roaming the streets yet they have stolen public money."
