    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Question has come up here for the second time. The first time it came, Mr. Ojode was the Assistant Minister and he admitted that the institutions were built on public land. Mr. Ojode said he was going to compensate the people. I now wonder why this Assistant Minister is saying he is not aware, yet it is not more than two years since Mr. Ojode said that. It is the same Ministry which has not taken more than two years; the same Government which has not taken more than two years and has forgotten what it was aware of. Could the Assistant Minister tell us whether he is saying the truth? At the same time, he has said that he could visit the area to see the affected people. Why do you not know that there are people who have been affected?"
