    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it looks like this Government issues two different allotment letters for the same plot. This is common because if you go round you will find more than one person in possession of an allotment letter for the same parcel of land. Could the Assistant Minister tell this House if officers in the Ministry issue fake allotment letters or not? If they do so, what are they going to do to ensure that the allotment letters given to people are the right ones?"
