    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to congratulate the Minister for Finance, who was under siege barely two weeks ago in this House. This was during the debate on the Finance Bill. I think this is the route he needs to take. The Minister needs to be friendly to committees. See what has happened after he was just a little friendly to a committee! You can see how quickly this Bill has gone through the House. This Bill is very important to the insurance industry, particularly for all the players. It now brings equity in the industry. We believe that once the Bill is assented to by the President, the Minister will move fast and have it operationalised, so that all players in the insurance industry can reap the fruits of its amended provisions. 4100 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 30, 2006"
