However, I would like to appeal to him to ensure that this new law is properly utilised to ensure that the insurer remains liquid, so that it is applicable. We may say, \"pay within 90 days\", but if the companies are not liquid, we will just be trying to get milk from a rock. We should also ensure that people in this industry conform to the law we are passing today."
