    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the insurance sector has been known to be a very fertile ground for unscrupulous people to mint money. I hope that the passage of this Bill is going to seal all these loopholes. I would advise that the Ministry should also enhance provision of education to the members of the public as to the importance of the insurance sector in their lives. Very few people in the society use the benefits of insurance. Many people, due to sheer ignorance, do not benefit from the insurance sector. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
