    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to say a few words about the Motion before us which is seeking for the adoption of the Public Accounts Committee Report. However, while on my feet, I also take this very early opportunity to congratulate Mr. Kombo, Chairman of FORD(K) for his victory in court. We need to see that kind of sobriety. I hope the same can be found in the management of other aspects of public affairs in the country."
