    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in supporting this Motion, I would like to say that the decision in the Committee of Supply and the decision that this House is going to make is not a decision of the Government of Kenya as the Executive. It is a resolution of the House. We have gone through a very meticulous process where every vote has been put before the Committee of Supply and now in the plenary. Hon. Mbadi, you win in some and you lose in some. However, as we leave, this is now a resolution of the National Assembly and not the Executive. I think we have done very well. I support."
