If Mr. Rai has any information indicating to the contrary, he should present it to us. The information we have is that it was an accident. The inquest would only be intended to establish, by questioning those who may have accompanied him or those who were around, whether there was any other cause of death. If there is any information or witnesses that he may have, he should come forward to help in bringing this matter to an end."
