Member, William Samoei has made a very serious allegation and according to the Standing Orders and the rules of this House, he is supposed to substantiate the issues that he has raised before this House. He has claimed that the Government, through the Registrar of Societies, is trying to impose a new Leader of the Official Opposition. Those allegations have been made right here by hon. Samoei. Could the hon. Member substantiate his claim since this is a very serious allegation against the Government?"
