He has stood on a point of order and I do not think at this juncture I need to ask him to substantiate anything because the matter is addressed to the Chair. There is no doubt that it is a very weighty matter that requires careful consideration by the Chair and for a ruling to be given. In view of that, I think that it would be appropriate for the Chair to make a Communication from the Chair in response to Mr. Samoei's point of order tomorrow."
