    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words \"an act of terrorism\" appearing immediately after the word \"peace\". Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, my Departmental Committee came up with this amendment, taking into account the fact that we are dealing with refugees, and not terrorists. We, therefore, thought that encouraging the inclusion of terrorism matters in the Bill would not be fair. So, this is an amendment that was duly considered by my Committee."
