    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 be amended- (a) by inserting the following new paragraph (c)- \"(c) has committed a serious non-political crime inside Kenya after the person's arrival and admission into Kenya as a refugee.\" (b) by renumbering paragraph (c) as (d). (c) by renumbering paragraph (d) as (e). Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the reason for this amendment is because this particular clause is about disqualification of refugee status. It provides for those people who have committed crimes outside Kenya but it does not provide for people who have committed crimes inside Kenya. This is the reason why I wish to propose this amendment."
