    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, if we are to go along with Ms. Ndung'u's amendment, it will change the whole meaning of the amendment which has been proposed by my Committee, and that will not be in good taste. Ms. Ndung'u is a colleague, but let us not appear as if there is a fight between the Departmental Committee on Administration, National Security and Local Authorities and the Departmental Committee on Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs. We have accepted some of the amendments from Ms. Ndung'u, but with this one here, I know that it is an additional amendment to our amendment, but it will change the whole meaning 4040 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 29, 2006 of the amendment made by the Committee."
